Laboratory 26

RDM395840 was converted from Stanier coach No:M9025M for use as an overhead line test vehicle when the WCML was first electrified in the 1960s.

The vehicle was later used in the development of the Rail Flaw Probe Guidance System

It was scrapped at Booths in April 1993

	On the Mickleover test track behind 25049 on 19th May 1982 Richard Billinge
	45106 with Lab 26 passes Clay Mills on 9th December 1986 John Goodale
	In the yard at RTC in 1987 Colin Marsden.
