NSB refurbished B5 coaches

BT supplied a number of their B5000 FLEXX ECO bogie derivatives to NSB to fit under their newly refurbished B5 coaches.

I was involved with planning a series of ride tests in late 2013 to assess a modification to the bogies. I arranged all aspects of the tests and accompanied the test train in Norway. We were based in Oslo and ran to Eidsvoll then alongside the Mjøsa lake to Hamar for a few days in December - very snowy and cold!
