Wirksworth Specials
| During the mid 1980's the restoration fund at the Cromford church was boosted by the promotion of various special trains over the freight-only Wirksworth line. Known as the 'Wirksworth Phoenix' these runs utilised the prototype 'Sprinters' both 150 and 151's. and ran in September 1984, September 1985 and May 1986. |
