Test Car 6

The only Mk2 derived vehicle, Test Car 6 No:ADB975290 was converted from a MK2 coach. The original coach No S13396 was sent to the ORE testing station at Vienna in 1968 prior to being converted into a test vehicle

In 2011 the vehicle was moved to Eastleigh Works, possibly for asbestos removal, having not been used for a number of years.

Test Car 6 was finally scrapped at Eastleigh in July 2013
